A personal guarantee is optional when you apply. If our credit review comes back poor, a signed personal guarantee is required before the account can be opened. And if credit insurance on the account is declined, a signed personal guarantee is required — no exceptions.

The undersigned, as an owner or officer of the business named in this application, personally guarantees payment of all amounts owed by the business to States Rentals and Supplies under this account — including rental charges, fees, and collection costs — if the business does not pay them. This guarantee stays in effect until the account is closed and paid in full, and it can only be withdrawn in writing for charges made after States Rentals receives that notice.
